Eligibility Requirements:

🟩 Microsoft account You need an email account with Microsoft. If you don’t have one, you can create one for free.

🟩 Phone number A working mobile number is needed to receive a text message to confirm your identity.

🟩 Credit or debit card You must enter card details to verify who you are. You will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade.

🟩 Internet connection Make sure your internet is working properly so the signup process completes without any issues.

Note: If you have already signed up for an Azure Free Trial, you cannot claim the offer a second time.

Step-by-Step: Create Your Azure Free Trial Account

Ignite the Azure Free Trail Process

Go to the Microsoft Azure Free Trail page. Click Try Azure for free to begin your registration.


Sign In or Create a Microsoft Account

You need to use an existing Microsoft account or create a new one with Outlook or Hotmail. This is your gateway to the Azure universe.

Next, type your personal email address into the box on the screen, then enter your password to verify your identity.






Step 1/3: Profile Details

Enter your profile details including first name, last name, middle name, phone number, and company name (any value is fine for now).

Complete the verification step, then click the next button to continue.




Step 2/3: Fill in the Address Details

Fill in your address details carefully and click the next button to continue setting up your Azure account. Click on the Next button after entering the address and agreeing the terms of Microsoft.
💡 Tip: Use a mobile number registered with Bank as this verification is mandatory to proceed to the next step.



Step 3/3: Add a Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card

Enter your credit/debit card details for identity verification. Microsoft won’t charge you unless you upgrade.



🖱️ Click the signup button, enter the OTP sent to your mobile, and verify your identity to continue the process. 



🚫 Since I already had portal access, I skipped bank verification and chose to cancel my session before completing the setup. 

Once you sign up, you'll receive an SMS notification detailing the transaction and the small amount debited from your account.

Last step: Accept the Agreement & Activate

Review the terms, check the boxes, and click Sign Up. Your Azure portal will now be unlocked with $200 in free credits.

📜 After successful verification, accept the agreement shown on screen to complete your registration and unlock Azure services

🌐 You can now access the Azure Portal and begin exploring cloud tools available in your free trial account.

Every service included in your free trial is available at no cost, giving you the freedom to explore without financial commitment.
